- Refund: 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time, you will receive a full refund of your booking amount.

Cancellations Made Between 24 to 12 Hours Before Check-In:
- Refund: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- If you cancel your reservation between 24 to 12 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time, you will receive a 50% refund of your booking amount.

Cancellations Made Less Than 12 Hours Before Check-In:
- Refund: No refund will be provided.
- If you cancel your reservation less than 12 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time, no refund will be issued.
